Rooted by L+ J is created by a dynamic mother and daughter duo.

L (mom) has over 25 years of experience in the hair industry. As a licensed cosmetology teacher, previous salon owner, and hairstylist she has earned the five stars of a true hair specialist. She is deeply grateful for the love of a loyal clientele that supports her dedication and hair wisdom.

J (daughter) has an avid passion to create and develop. Growing up she always had access to the products and treatments in the market but she found herself disappointed more than once with products that promised but did not deliver.

That's where the search and creation began.

For over 30 years L+J have been sharing with clients, family, and friends their amazing herbal teas, conditioners, and treatments. They firmly believe that Mother Earth provides all the rich and powerful nutrients for healthy, bouncy, and beautiful hair.
